How It Started

The story of The Shalom Organization began with something deeply personal — the birth of a premature baby in our own family. In those fragile early days, we faced fear, uncertainty, and the overwhelming realization of how critical support and care truly are in moments like that.

Walking through that journey opened our eyes to the struggles so many others face — not just with premature birth, but with the daily battles of survival, abandonment, and displacement. As we cared for our own, our hearts grew for others.

That experience became the seed of something greater. We felt called to extend the same love, compassion, and hope to children and families in crisis. From that point forward, one step at a time, The Shalom Organization took shape — beginning with preemie care, then growing to embrace orphans, promote education, and support refugees through our dedicated projects.
